Hey guys,
here are some of my latest lures.
Coz of the outstanding success of the color pink under muddy water conditions, have I made a few in this girly color.
The behavior crank is a mixture of a jerkbait and classic crank. The lure flanks flashy.
I have made some dive and rise baits as well. They dive down to 2,5m and rise slow with a shaking behavior. I think they are very effective under cold water conditions.
The length of the crank is 20cm and the dive and rise baits 23cm.
The first time that i had used the eyes from Richard from Great Britain. They are awesome. Just have a look on his blog... http://pikeflies.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Hallo Leute,
Cheers,
Sebastian

Whity rules
My buddy Marc sent me some pic´s of a fishing trip on yesterday.
He caught six of seven Pikes on a white prototype. And missed 10 attacks on this lure. What a result!
Congrats Marc!

Quality Audit
My nephew has come to make a quality audit for my lures to get a ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
Just wonder, if my QMS is meeting requirements.
Mein Neffe beim Qualitätsaudit, um eine Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001 und 14001 zu vergeben.
Frage mich, ob mein Qualitäts-Management-System den Anforderungen entspricht ;-)

"Black and White" Jigging Rod 8' 6"
Hey Folks,
just another rod out of my workshop. In contrast to my last rods is my latest a spinning version.
Beside the blank, a Spin System 3 10-60g, have I got all components from Matagi Japan.
I cut 4" off on the tip to make the rod finally a bit heavier. The finished rod is now 8' 6". To have during fishing an improved grip did I choose a Fuji-IPS seat. The seat is painted with a metallic black and three coats of 2K clear coat. In the sun does it look really gorgeous. I like It :-)
Both ends of the grip have a small stripe of white EVA. Doesn't it look elegant and sporty? Beside the double winding checks is it an eye catcher.
Meanwhile do I love the Fuji K-Guides. On this rod did I use nine Titanium KLSG and KTSG combined with T-FST tip top. The guide size are between #30 on the starter and #7 on the top.
On the water was I surprised to held such a sensitive rod in my hands. Almost every stone felt like a bite.
During the first minutes did I answer the stone bites appropriately.
Casting is very accurate, even on long range casts.
Here are some pictures of my test fishing trip on this sunny sunday....

Swimbait Rod
Hey guys,
this is the latest project of mine. Its a swimbait rod for a buddy, who is attempt to start fishing with big baits for pike.
The rod measures 8' has an mod/fast action and is partable in the hand section.
Most of the parts are ordered from Matagi Japan, like the Fuji K-Sic guides and the Titanium tip top. As well as the reel seat. Its a Fuji PSS (Palming Support System).
The seat is painted with an original Porsche metallic brown and clear coated with an extra hard 2-K.
Coz of the 28mm thick thick EVA-grip was it not possible for me to get decorative metal rings and a butt cap in that diameter. Therefore do I have to turn on my engine lathe, to lathe some rings and the butt cap.The good thing is he'll never find them a 2nd time on a rod ;-)
The guides are tethered with a chocolate brown thread contrasted with metallic silver. I used 9+1 guides from #16 to #7.
I went to the water on Sunday, shoot some pictures in the sunshine and to make some casts.
Lures between 90 an 200g are good castable with that rod. The best casting weight span is 150g +/-30g.
Its easy to cast the lures precisely and its easy to feel what is going on on the end of the line.
Hope you guys like it...

Recently in the wood store
Upps... I run out of wood last week. One call to a friend of mine and we went one day later to a verrry big wood store, some kilometers far away from my work shop.We bought a plank of beech wood which measured 520cm x 44cm x 6cm. The whole plank weighed round about 80kgs. Just in the morning was I supposed to by two planks, but after seen it life did I change my mind.
My buddy helped me out with cutting the wood in to laths and to carry the masses of wood ;-)
Just see the pictures....
